BOOKING & TURNAROUND
GETTING WORKERS ON SITE
How quickly can workers start? Tell us what you need today and we'll have workers on your site tomorrow morning. For urgent same-day requests, call 0406 801 203 and we'll do everything we can to make it happen.
Which areas do you service? We supply workers across Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast — including surrounding areas. If your site is just outside these regions, give us a call and we'll let you know straight away if we can cover it.
Is there a minimum booking? Bookings are flexible — from a single day to ongoing placements. Call us to discuss what you need and we'll structure it around your program.
Can I request the same workers again? Absolutely — and we encourage it. If a worker has performed well on your site, let us know and we'll prioritise placing them with you again, subject to availability.
How do I make a booking? Call 0406 801 203 or use the Request Workers form. Tell us the role, number of workers, site location and start date — we'll confirm availability within 2 business hours.
RATES & INVOICING
HOW THE MONEY SIDE WORKS
What's included in your rates? Our hourly rates cover the worker's wages, superannuation, insurances and our management of payroll and compliance. You approve timesheets and receive one weekly invoice — no hidden extras.
How do timesheets and invoicing work? Workers record their hours, you (or your site supervisor) approve them, and we invoice weekly for approved hours only. Simple and transparent.
Do I pay anything if I hire a temp worker permanently? If you'd like to transition a temporary worker onto your books, talk to us — our temp-to-permanent pathway is designed to make this simple. Call us to discuss how it works for your situation.
WORKERS & SAFETY
WHO TURNS UP AT YOUR GATE
Are your workers qualified and safe to have on site? Yes — every worker holds a valid White Card, arrives with their own PPE, and is ready to complete your site induction. For skilled roles, we verify tickets and relevant experience before placement.
What types of workers can you supply? General labourers, trade assistants and skilled workers — including ticketed operators, formworkers, steel fixers and leading hands. We also supply workers to solar, manufacturing, warehousing and hospitality businesses.
What if a worker isn't the right fit? Tell us as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement. Our business runs on repeat clients, so it's in our interest as much as yours that every placement works.
Who handles payroll, super and workers compensation? We do. Workers placed with you remain on our books — we manage their wages, super and insurances so there's zero payroll admin on your side.
