A labour hire company built by people who've stood on site — created to fix the reliability gap builders keep running into.
LabourGO was founded by Aiarom and Ellie, a husband-and-wife team who each spent years in the industries labour hire is meant to serve.
Aiarom is an electrical engineer with years of hands-on experience on construction sites — he knows what a site manager actually needs when they're short a crew and the program won't wait. Ellie spent the last decade in property acquisitions, working alongside builders and developers and seeing first-hand how much a project lives or dies on having the right people turn up.
Between them they kept seeing the same gap: labour hire that was unreliable, under-vetted, or simply didn't understand the job. So they built the company they wished existed — one that treats reliability and quality as the whole point, not an afterthought.
